Recofloor is the UK’s national vinyl take back scheme founded by Altro and Polyflor. Smooth and safety off-cuts are recycled back into new flooring whilst uplifted smooth vinyl is reprocessed into traffic management products such as the bases of traffic cones.

Drop off sites
You can drop off waste vinyl at both of the Nutland Carpets Accessories sites at Chandlers Ford and at Poole, Dorset free of charge.
Please collect a clear plastic sack from the trade counter, fill with clean off-cuts of smooth and safety vinyl or smooth uplifted vinyl and place the sack in the blue wheeled bins on site.

For larger volumes of waste vinyl, register with Recofloor to arrange a direct collection.

How it works

• Register your interest with Recofloor
• Recofloor will send out bulk bags (there are 3 different types; smooth off-cuts/safety off-cuts/smooth uplifted vinyl)
• Place the bulk bags on to pallets and fill with your clean off-cuts or uplifted smooth vinyl
• When 2 or more bags are full, contact Recofloor to arrange a collection
• Pay by debit/credit card over the phone

Costs

£7.50 per bulk bag for collections from your premises
£15.00 per bulk bag for collections from a job site

Collections are completed within 4-10 working days by Altro and Polyflor delivery vehicles.
